Betonstar, which left its mark on Bauma Munich 2022, the world’s largest trade fair for construction and building machinery held between October 24-30, with its new product H68-6RZ, became one of the most popular stands at the fair. Oğuz Diken, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Betonstar, who passed his remarks about the company’s new products, said, “We showcased our product with high durability and strength, and strong concrete pumping capacity that can reach 68 meters with vertical access at Bauma Munich. In addition, we became the highest at the fair with our concrete pump mounted on the H68-6RZ truck. As Betonstar, we are proud to showcase our new product and to sell it there, as we did in 2016 and 2019, without breaking our tradition at this year’s fair.”

Betonstar company has been manufacturing, selling, and exporting truck-mounted and stationary concrete pumps under the Betonstar brand name since 2008, with 30 years of manufacturing experience and an experienced team in the industry. Betonstar, which will celebrate its 15th anniversary in 2023, continues to export its mobile, mixer, stationary, and cityline pumps to over 50 countries on different continents of the world with its industry experience.

Mentioning that Betonstar has continued to improve itself since its establishment, Betonstar’s Chairman of the Board, Oğuz Dike said “The number of mobile models, which was 4 in the first year of establishment, reached a total of 14 models thanks to the technology and innovation studies initiated in 2014. Today, our brand offers more than 30 products in different categories to consumers”.

Diken pointed out the importance of expanding the dealer network and participating in world-renowned industry fairs in increasing sales figures and diversifying the product range, stating that despite the difficulties and problems caused by the pandemic in 2021, they exceeded their targets and increased their export figures.

Oğuz Diken, stating that they produce products in compliance with highway regulations, said, “Betonstar, as a company that follows the leading developments in our industry and brings firsts to life, has succeeded in designing and producing a 40-meter pumping height concrete pump that can be mounted on a 6x4 truck in the world. In addition, it is the first company to produce a 47-meter pumping height concrete pump that can be mounted on an 8x4 truck in compliance with highway regulations. In this direction, we introduced the H68-6RZ to industry representatives at Bauma 2022, which was held on October 24-30, 2022, achieving success in the sector.”

Betonstar Chairman of the Board Oğuz Diken stated that they drew attention with their new product at Bauma 2022, which is held every three years, and that the H68-6RZ, which stands out with its six-part boom structure and software technologies, was presented as the reward of the effort and synergy. Sharing his views on the subject, Diken emphasized that the details in the created products and the maneuverability and ease of use of the pumps positioned the brand differently in the industry, and continued his speech as follows:

“After our participation and launch of new products in 2016 and 2019, this year’s Bauma Fair was also of great importance for us. Our goal was to exhibit our H68-6RZ truck-mounted concrete pump, which has a 6RZ boom type with maneuverability success, along with its strong concrete pumping capacity, high durability and strength that can reach 68 meters with vertical reach, and to be the highest at the fair. This work should be seen as a reflection of our engineering and innovation power and the point reached by Turkish engineers.”

Diken, who evaluated the construction sector globally, stated that “Looking at the construction sector through the eyes of research companies after the Covid-19 pandemic, the total size of the global construction market is expected to reach an estimated 14 trillion dollars by 2030. In this context, it is inevitable that demand and supply will increase in the concrete pump sector in which we operate. In response to this expanding demand, we are trying to meet the demands of the new construction sector with the new technological, powerful, and smart machines we have created. H68-6RZ, which we embarked on with the motto “smart-simple and strong,” is the latest product of the engineering power we have created. It should be noted that Bauma, the industry fair that we have raised the bar with over the years. Having goals before and after each Bauma helps us to draw our roadmap on this journey.
